I recommend that no one opens up an account with Mr.Price. They only care about themselves and have no interest in aiding clientele needs. Departments within Mr.Price also have no idea what they are doing, as the client finds out information the employees do too. *********** and provides false information.

You also have to call in to ask for the relevant department to check their emails and then they confirm that they have received and read the email, but still, they haven't provided feedback and they have the ***** to say this to you.

Also, be careful when using their mobile app or website. If you want to pay your account on these platforms, you receive a message that you placed an order and the system does not ask for your banking pin or receive any notification from your bank that there is money deducted.

Mr.Price's principles have turned into an animal territory. They are not what they used to be.
