***********, No Interest, No feedback, No Management

<p>On the 28-10-2016, I paid my account, I even paid extra. Visit your store in Carlsworld , advised my account is in arrears. Show POP request it gets sorted no luck. Request for manager, he showed no interest. Sent my POP to accounts account still not updated. Receive a SMS saying account is in arrears will send my details to the Bureau. I swear if you people do that I will sue you. NOW I AM REQUESTING A MANAGER TO CALL ME NOT AN *********** CALL CENTRE AGENT TO GET THIS RESOLVED. BECAUSE WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEY SAY THERE IS NO MANAGER HOW DOES SUCH A BIG RETAIL ORGANISATION HAVE ANY MANAGEMENT??? </p>
