Mr Price promotes their App and requests us clients to use the app to make payment on the account. After failing a number of times to make payment on the account due to the app being offline. I made my way to a store to pay the account and even there systems were down and wasn't able to pay the bill. The cashier advised me to keep trying the app till it starts working which I did with no success. Eventually I asked a consultant to email through banking details so i can pay the account and was promised it would be sent to me. Nothing to date has been sent to me. Eventually I managed to pay the account on the app but I still get threats to be blacklisted by Mr Price. I called the call center to rectify the problem but just keep being transferred. Eventually the consultant cut me off completely when I asked to be transferred to a manager. I am disappointed in the incompetence of the people that work for this organization. All they want to do is give people a bad credit score
