I had purchased online and got an email that my order was delivered at the store and is ready for collection. I got to the store and spent over an hour waiting while they look for my order that I even left my phone number so I come back once they've found it. These *********** cashiers at Mr Price Rosebank did not even look for my order they just took my numbers and shoved them under the till and forgot about me. Only when I went went back in the afternoon they started looking AGAIN and still did not find it, mind you I spent another hour at the store of which I took time off work which I wont get paid for. The manager was useless she pretended to be on the phone to find out from the warehouse but I could see she did not even dial any number. I still went out the store without my parcel. They did not even try to calm me down it was like I came to beg for clothes on credit. They did not have any solutions or good customer service. *********** *****ES!!!!!
