We are absolutely appalled at the lack of customer care from Mr Price customer care service. It is completely unacceptable to be treated with absolute disregard pertaining the lack of professional and ethical assistance with Mr Price's telephonic customer care line. Many customers complain that they had to spend their own money on airtime and data to the customer care service, resulting in extremely lengthy periods on a phone call that ended in a negative result. Mr Price customer service and call center is understaffed, *********** and has a complete lack of knowledge about their online customer care service. If a customer is lucky enough to reach a consultant, the answer is likely to be "we will take it up with management" or "is requested to phone back at a later time". If you have had a negative interaction, experience or a lack of customer care from Mr Price please sign this petition. We deserve professional customer care. The products are great but the service is horrible.
