*********** and appalling (PLEASE PULL THOSE CALLS)

I called Mr price to find out if an item was available which I needed to purchase asap. I dealt with an unfriendly agent named apparently Tamryn who transferred me the store line even after I had said the store line is not working. I waited for 10min on that line. My resources were wasted. I called again, requesting the same thing. Different agent immediately wanted to transfer me to the store I emphasized this time to say the store line is not working and I have an SKU number. She placed me on hold for 6min. Again, my resources were wasted . My time was also wasted and unfortunately I still don't have the answer to my question. I'm flustered. Appealing for a big and reputable company. Please train them well. They both didn't sound like they wanted to be at work! No effort to assist. Yojr whatsapp line I also tried to no success. Very disappointing. Service failure. Appalling.
