When i took out this account, they sold policies with it, after i saw what I'm paying for it, I had to call in to cancel the funeral policy, I was given a reference number and it was cancel with immediate effect, I just received my statement for November and to my surprise there it was again the funeral policy. cant you do your work right,do i need to waste my airtime calling again. and than you need to hold on for more than 20min like they want you to drop the call, because they make it so hard to cancel something on your account.so why did i call to cancel.
