I app**** for a new account on 16.10.2017 and got conditionally approved for R12,000. Firstly, I did not want such a huge credit facility. All checks were done and as per the email, only employment verification was still needed. Once that was done, conveniently my application was declined due to affordability. I would advise MrP to look into their processes because verification of employment is usually the last step. So why did you mess up my credit record by adding an enquiry on first of all?! Secondly, I elected that I had additional income and when I asked customer service if this was included, they blatantly ignored me TWICE! I would like this to be sorted asap please!
