Incompetence of staff MR PRICE WESTGATE

I am indeed disappointed at MRP. I went to the store at Westgate on Tuesday to request to close my paid off clothing account, I filled in a form, no reference number or anything was issued, I was told I would receive a sms confirming closure of account and 3 days later the account is still open. I will not pay interest accumulated here onwards because I don't understand why the account is still open. SORT THIS THING OUT
