Incompetence

My insurance claim was denied, I then canceled my insurance and suddenly my balance went up and available credit reduced more than R200 when I did not spend on my account!! The call center agents are beyond rude and *********** and told me I don't understand, it's my fault and the reason the balance went up by R200 was because the insurance was canceled, that makes absolutely no sense! All Mr price ever does is demand money and provide the worst service ever. I am told my account is in arrears when I explained I am recently unemployed and a payment arrangement was "made".
