Inappropriate communication

I was wrongfully accused for *****ing at Mr. Price Alberton Mall. The staff member humiliated me demanding that I produce a slip for the sale of my item and refused to believe nor give me an opportunity to present the slip when I told him that the slip was emailed to me on the day of the sale. When I left the store the staff member and I exchanged inappropriate and defaming words as I was told that the entire incident was my fault.
