I'm done with Mr price

I'm quite upset that my account that I've been paying never seems to go down like It should. I haven't used the card in almost a year and my money owed doesn't change. They are always so quick to phone you and tell you to pay but can't even allocate payment currently. To add, they added 2 different funeral plans when they shouldn't have,so they have been taking more money than they should. I love Mr price and the clothing offered but this really upsets me that I don't want to support them anymore.
