Illiterate Accounts Department

I'm so disgusted in Mr Price Account Service. Been battling with them since last week Monday to get my account cleared. I went to purchase some clothing for my family and had my daughter with me last Sunday to hear that I was flagged on their system as being under debt review. When I queried this with Mr Price I was told to contact Consumer Friend. I contacted Consumer Friend and sent them my debt clearance certificate which was issued after my debt review was cleared almost two years ago the Monday. This account I am currently using was only opened six months ago with no problem. The Wednesday I followed up with Consumer Friend to hear that I was given the incorrect e-mail address on Monday and had to then send it on to a different department. Friday I am followed up to hear that the debtors department refused to process my account with the certificate until my account is paid in full. I have paid my account every month but now they want the full outstanding balance. How long will this continue and I must follow up on every thing every time. I went as far as posting it on their facebook page on Friday and they say they will get back to me but still have not.
