IGNORED FOR 3 MONTHS - MR PRICE NOT SO NICE

I've sent an email 3 months in a row, with no reply from a lady named Swasthi at Mr Price Money. I can't believe the lack of customer service with this. Every month, for 3 months now, and still NOTHING!! She's setting some sort of a record here.
