Ignored and punished twice

My ID number was used to open an account with Mr Price and Truworths and the person(s) maxed out the accounts. I called Truworths and got through almost immediately. I was sent a form to complete and in a short period of time the account was blocked and I received a letter to clear my name. NOT THE CASE WITH Mr Price. I called, they did not answer. I Tweeted about it and was ignored. Someone else retweeted and they responded asking for my details. I responded and to date, NO RESPONSE. I called again and got through and was given an email address. I emailed. NO RESPONSE!!!! I called them today and the first time the call was dropped. I called AGAIN, NO ANSWER till now.
