If I could give Mrp Home online sales a 0 star rating I would!

Disgusting service from a team that lie to their clients and do not follow up when several calls have been made regarding an online order that was done over 3 weeks ago.

I have never experienced such horrible service from a team of people that are just purely not interested in providing an at least satisfactory experience for their online sales clients. I have wasted at least a good few hours constantly trying to get in touch with someone that could help me and follow up with the order only to be told that they would follow up with the courier service and give me an update. I have not received any updates from the agents without me having to make the call and wait ages on the phone for someone to only tell me they would try follow up with courier services as well.

Agents have **** to me saying that the order was delivered last week only to find out from the store that it was delivered this week without items having been checked for damages or making sure that the full order was at the store and signed off.

I have wasted my time going to the store to pick up my order after being advised by the sales agents that the order is at the store, only to find out that items were missing and even severely damaged and not checked.

I will never suggest buying online from Mrp Home as it is a nightmare to try get the goods that you paid for. They are quick to take your money but have no interest when it comes to you receiving your items or quality service.
