Iam still waiting for my order confirmation from Mr price

I paid for my purchase using EFT ,on the 12th a consultant for Mr price called me and said I should email my proof of payment which I did but still I haven't received anything from Mr price no order confirmation and my app status still says cancelled.what should I do to get help from Mr price regarding my purchase

I have just checked the email I sent to you and it has a pdf file attachment which is my proof of payment.i tried to call this number +*** and it says it's in available
