I will never support Mrp cellular ever again.

Mr Price Cellular we bought a phone on 29/10/2023 at Cresta mall, yesterday the phone decided to switch off and never went on again. A week ago I asked my husband why does that phone heat up so badly, it's not normal. ( he was supposed to return it same time). Today he returned it, and the manager took his receipt and said the phone is gonna be checked out and he will be called. My partner does not know too much, so I always assist. Although, he did not know not to leave his receipt it was too late, so my thing is. Under customer policies in 30 days you can exchange or get a refund. Why is this @mr price cellular so special?

I will try knocking off early on Sunday, and I hope we get our belongings, my husband is a very unhappy customer. How do I feel, because I got it for him as his birthday a gift, thanks alot guys. Guess next I will be getting bad wife points. 💔💔😭😭
