I will NEVER MAKE use of their services AGAIN.

I shopped online and app**** a discount voucher they gave me a discount of R600 on a order that came to R1700, which is the amount more or less I spend every single month at their online store, they then emailed me to say they made a mistake on their side (ON THEIR SIDE) and they gave me a R100 voucher for the inconvenience caused, a lousy R100 for a customer that spends a large amount EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They are due to refund me my monies I went and paid, I was told this morning I need to wait 24-48 hours for my refund voucher, after they made a mess of my order, I now need to wait even longer for the mess they made, I will NEVER MAKE use of their services AGAIN.

Good day. I have called numerous times, I have went on the online chat numerous times, I have emailed numerous times and YET my problem is still not solved. I was advised I will receive my refund on MONDAY which is today 3 days later, when supposedly iy is done within 24-48 hours. I was emailed today saying I will receive it in 48 hours. Now honestly why was I told firstly i will receive it on Monday which is today. I HAVE HAD IT WITH MR PRICE. I speak to 10 different people a day I get 10 different responses today. I have not yet been contacted by no one! NOT a single soul to apologise or anything I just get given a R100 voucher when you were clearly in the wrong!! Now I still have to wait another 3 days for MY OWN MONEY. HOW do you even do business it is honestly pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
