I was ****** in Mr price store

I was shopping in the Mr price galleria store in amanzimtoti.while bending down I had my bag on my shoulder a big size lady was behind me also looking for garments while doing so she unzipped my bag and stole my tablet and wallet.I approached the Mr price security to assist my with the matter and she was stubborn asked me to see the manager.I saw the store manager named Adelle informed her what happens and if we could see the video footage sh laughed and said they don't have cameras in the store!how is this possible? They have CCTV camera recording us while we shopping and its in the entrance of the store! How can the manager blatantly lie they don't have cameras?how do they know when their store is been ******? Or was it to much of a job for the manager to assist me!its disgusting that we can't be assisted what's the use of the CCTV camera in the store or the security ?they all was useless no help!
