I was cheated at a Mr. Price store

On Thursday I went to buy a few items at the store in the was underwear to the cost of R79.99, when I reached home and unpacked my parcel I could not find the said underwear which means it was never packed into the my goods bag, I sent my sister to go and report this and she was told that there is nothing they can do about it. In e few items I had bought there was a dress costing R130.00 if I wanted to rob the store I would have maybe complained about that instead of underwear that only cost R79.99... I was ****** I believe in that store...
