I want to put a complaint regarding the poor service I received at Mr Price Chatsworth Centre

I want to put a complaint regarding the poor service I received at Mr Price Chatsworth Centre. I was in the dresses section and the dress I was looking for was high and I asked a lady to please get it for me she was very rude, she didn't want to get it. She eventually got on to a step and I asked her to get 2 sizes as I wasn't sure which one would fit she gave me one size and when I asked to get the another dress as I had initially asked she got very irritated and proceeded to get down the steps. I'm very disappointed with the floor staff as this is not the first time they not friendly,helpful,seem irritated when u need assistance. Please look into giving staff customer service training, especially at the Mr Price Chatsworth Centre.
