I want my refund

It is nearly up to a week that I am waiting on my refund from Mr Price. I dealt with your call centre and accepted the information that was given but upto now not a single email or telephone call.

I purchased an item on the App and saw the delivery date will be in 5 days. I requested a cancellation which was done. I received another email with a gift voucher, i called in the CS and rectified that i want my refund. On the 24 Feb i was told it was escalated to finance to correct but did not hear a single word. I took time off from work to call your contact center, TIME IS MONEY that I wasted using my energy to plea for what is mine.

DID I PURCHASE THE ITEM USING A GIFT CARD??NOOOOo, Why refund me with a voucher? You can give vouchers to any random person for FREE, now why give me a freebie if I am entitled to the money owing to me.

The payment on the App did not take 5 days, it was immediately. DONT offer fast service to online customers but when its time to deliver or render the service you take 5 days.

5 days ago Shaun requested for banking details via email, it was sent immediately. I want my money back. It's quick to give call your debtors for collections but it's difficult to get back to your clients. Order # ***
