I want my refund

I went to Mr Price in Atteridgeville on the 5th of September to buy an outfit that I needed urgently. I used my bank card as method of payment however the till slip said Transaction not processed however the money went out of my account. The cashier advised the money would reverse in 24hours and that I should pay cash. I was totally not comfortable that I called my bank. The bank confirmed that the amount has left for Mr Price's account, I asked the lady on the phone to confirm with the cashier and he said no I shouldn't worry that I will get the money back within 24hours. It has been 7 days now and still no reversal. I paid cash for the items that i took with the assurance that the employees of Mr Price gave me that the money will reverse within 24hours. May I have my money please, I have my bank statement as prove and the till slips.
