I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!! ????????????

Im back here for the second time to complain about the same company AGAIN.

I made an order this time around using my own bank card and at first order was declined due to insufficient funds ( totally understandable). It was an error on my part.

After adding funds to my account, I made another order which MPRH then 'REJECTED' but still had the audacity to deduct over R5k from my account for an order they have rejected for reasons unknown.

I have once again been calling endlessly, even spoke to the finance team who advised me a lady called 'Cheline' was meant to deal with this as a matter of urgency.

To date I have not heard anytjing back from them or my money back.

All Im now asking for is my money back so I can go buy elsewhere where I will be valued as a customer.

I have had it with MR PRICE HOME.

I do not understand why you would reject and order (and not bother explaining the reasons) yet still go ahead and deduct money. Its ubsurd!

ILL BE DAMNED IF I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND STILL IVE GOT NOWHERE ????
