I WANT MY MONEY BACK. 6 DAYS AFTER YOU SAID IT WPULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT-- STILL NOTHING BUT NEW STORIES
If i could rate Mr. Price -10, i would!!! On the 2nd February, i was told that my refund on a cancelled order *** was finally processed. The money would be in my account in 5-7 days. This after a very long, traumatic, drawn out back and forth trying to get the refund. Today, i was told that they have given me a voucher which by the way, i have not seen. I was then told that if i want a cash refund i should email the request refund to BD Daniels, which i have done. I do not even have words for this company anymore.

12 Feb 2021, 16:42I am so disgusted at this company i do not even have words anymore. This morning, i was emailed by their agent who advised that money has been deposited into my account. Unsolicited, he said he will forward me proof of payment soonest. 5 hours later i email following up on the proof of payment and no response. After 2 more hours, another email still no response. *****,cheats! I do not believe the payment was made at all
