I want my ****en orders Mr price

So i placed an online order on the 8th and 9th of November and both my orders were supposed to be delivered to Mr price store at dobsonville. To this day my order hasn't been delivered and those ****en people have kept quiet no updates or any communication regarding my orders. Im so ****ed off at this cos its happening for the second time. When i call the mr price online **** they tell me that my order is on the way. Then where the **** is my order cos i needed to wear those clothes the past weekend on the 20th. This store should change couriers or they should stop accepting online orders cos they are not ready to handle that kind of growth. Next thing theyl be busy accepting black friday orders meanwhile they haven't even delivered our orders. U cant manage growth instead growth is managing you.
