I used to be a fan of MRP.

I placed an order on the 2nd of October, I received an email about a few days after stating that my order had been shipped and was on its way. I called to see when my order would arrive and was told it would arrive the next day. It did not arrive the next day. I called a few more times and was told each time that they would call me back. I never got called back. I phoned again today and got told they would call me back, I told them I would rather hold and wait for an outcome. After 20 minutes the phone got put down on me. About 20 minutes after that I received an email stating that there was error on their warehouses system and my order would be canceled and refunded as they cannot deliver it now?
