I regret getting a Mr Price Account!

I app**** for a Mr Price Money account. Had to send my documentation through 3 times after no contact (adverti*****ts say you will receive an outcome after 2 hours). Then I was eventually called to process my application after 3 days and told I would receive an SMS shortly. I had to call to get my reference number because I never got the sms until date. Mr Price has a promotion of a R200 off voucher on all first online orders of R1000 or more. I started an online chat to get more info, was transferred 4 times...almost 2 hours later I was told it would be automatically deducted. I placed my order, it wasn't! So back to square one..contacted Mr Price AGAIN and was told you can't use 2 vouchers at once. I was NOT informed, never received the terms and conditions and unable to open it on the online shop. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received
