I regret being a Mr price customer

I have an store account with Mr Price.I was given a "promotional" sim card at mall of the north in late 2016 when I was paying my bill.i informed the cashiers that I do not want the SIM card as I do not want to be bound to a contract.i was assured that it is not a contract.to my dismay over a year later I realise that I have been charged R100 monthly for Mr price mobile SIM card that I have never opened or used or signed for contract for either electronically,paper or telephonically. I took the matter with Mr price money& mobile whom are both refusing responsibility as a result I am being shunted between the two departments. I constantly ask their consultants via email/telephone if Mr price money& Mr price mobile are islands operating in total isolation when they have to account to undue monies they have taken from a customer but operate jointly when *******ly bill their customers. To date no one is accepting responsibility but they have inherited about R1100 of my hard earned money
