I recently bought HIGHRISE BLACK LEGGINGS at Mr Price 2pairs @R150

I recently bought HIGHRISE BLACK LEGGINGS at Mr Price 2pairs @R150. I have worn them probably 4 times and already have torn on the hips and between the thighs.I'm unhappy at the low quality and this is not the only time I've had to report this.
