I purchased online and got an email that says my order is ready for me to pick up at the store. I then sent a screenshot of the email to my little sister like I always do for her to collect the order. When she arrived at Dihlabeng mall it was said to her
Bad customer service and stinking attitude from manager and staff.

02 Aug 2021, 19:08I purchased online and got an email that says my order is ready for me to pick up at the store. I then sent a screenshot of the email to my little sister like I always do for her to collect the order. When she arrived at Dihlabeng mall it was said to her that she cannot bs assisted unless she prints the email and comes with the picture of the card I used to purchase. Now this is new to me as she has always collected orders on my behalf with only a screenshot. This is really frustrating as we don’t have Mr Price where I live. This means she had to travel to another town for nothing! On top of that she gets a stinking attitude from the manager named Clementina and her staff. The rudeness was not necessary because I believe we as customers were supposed to be notified of the new changes so that we can comply, or how else would we know??? What hurts me the most was the attitude she got from all of them. I am really disappointed in their service!
