I purchased a Samsun...

I purchased a Samsung from them which was giving me issues with connecting to carrier service with no signal, so over 3 weeks ago I took my mobile in to Mr Price Somerset West and I haven't heard anything from them so I decided to go find out what's going on and to my shock my mobile was still at the store and wasn't sent away for repair and there excuse was they waiting on the couriers to collect the phone.... I am so disgusted and ****ed I will never purchase as much as a sock from Mr price
