I made a full payment at the store but I’m still getting sms and calls from DMC

I made a full payment but I’m still getting calls from DMC. Before I made the payment I asked the lady that was assisting me if I wasn’t handed over and she said no I can still pay at the store. I’ve made a full payment by them but DMC is still asking me to send proof to them as I was handed over and Mr Price haven’t confirmed with them that I paid
