I have never in my life had the most worst experience with this company

I have never in my life had the most worst experience with this company. I made a payment on the 19th of April, and i paid way more than i should. Just to get 3 different agents calling me in one day requesting payment when i have the proof the payment was made. The staff is competent in the account department and has used delays and is not accurate when sending statements. The company should be taken off the market. They are false in every way. The way they arrested a person is ridiculous.
