I have experienced the most horrible customer service experience at MR price Zeerust Mall, I arrived at the store 15 minutes prior to closing time and needed to fit some items and when I went to the fitting rooms I was told by an unfriendly lady that they have closed, mind you the time was 17:55 and still within the operating hours and I asked why and should have been told at the door that they are not open for business then a gentleman with dreadlocks said we can pay but not fit, what is that, it really makes no sense, Mr Price group please intervene as you are losing business cause clearly this is a branch habit cause as we were busy with our shopping there were comments made by other staff member saying it’s best if it’s said by a supervisor.
