I have been requesting a call back for so long

i request for my balance or even a statement but no1 could assist me, i was given a number to call, and request to speak to a supervisor but when i called the supervisor was on lunch and couldnt return my call.. which i think is extremely bad service ... i do not have assist to the interest to check this info on the online site and was not able to go into a store as they cannot assist me. they keep telling me to call the call centre but when i do no1 there can help me , they can send you sms's to say about makng payment but when trying to get in contact with some1 its extremely hard... on the 4th January i emaile the customer care department and was advised a consultant will contact me however until today (13th January ) still no contact made.<br> please get some1 to call me asap to assist with my request.<br> Thanks you
