I had the poorest customer experience ever in my life at Mr Price Centurion Mall

I had the poorest customer experience ever in my life at Mr Price Centurion Mall. My rights were trampled on and not even considered and to think that it is Freedom Day makes it almost unthinkable. The manager (Justice Rapanyane) and staff (Nobuhle Ngwenya) are clearly *********** and if they went through training, it was just a waste. Lay-bye done end of February and upon collection, the items could not be found. No explanation was given or alternative to resolve the matter.
