I feel Bul**** and Harassed

I am recieving calls where people are very rude , I spoke to Nomfundo from VVm collectors , I feel so harrased because I don't have an account with them, I closed it long time ago, they told me that I owe them because I took something in their JHB branch and that time I'm not stayimg in JHB,they told me to do an affidavid I did and sent it to them but still I am being contacted maybe 3 times a day i have been explaining 1 thing and the lady even said pay the money we not gonna stop
