I do not owe Mr Price the airtime money

On behalf of Refilwe Magdeline Pule She is having a Mr Price account and she had a problem with her number *** towards December 2019. The simcard was always stating "invalid sim". She then went to Vodacom shop to find out what sims to be the problem. It was then that Vodacom varified that her number has been ported to MTN without their knowledge. Vodacom decided that they are going to block the number and they reversed the number on 08/01/2020: 22:16. It was then she realized that her number was **********ly misused to buy airtime from Mr Price on her name/ number. Now Mr Price has been sent the necessary documents (the Affidavit and the letter from Vodacom confirming the ********** of the number) but I keep getting calls from them. I do not owe Mr Price the airtime bought during/ from 27/12/2020 until 08/01/2020.
