I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service, Mr price was calling me every minute of the day, when I didn't make payment for only one month. I went on their used site and made payment from my account but they didn't debit on the day we initially agreed on. They kept on calling like I'm some ******** on the run, till I decided to go to the store to settle the account and close it since they failed to debit on the agreed date. So I received an SMS to say my request to close the account has been received,but a day after I received an SMS from my bank to say a debit order from Mr price was debited on my bank account of 2800 after I settled my account at the store and paid an amount of 3000.when I called I'm continuosly transferred from one department to another till my airtime ran out,then the lady I got on the line is ****en rude telling me I'm supposed to wait for 7-14 days and they can't reverse the money cos my account is closed. I demand my 2800 from Mr Price
