I can't get any assistance either from both Mr prices

I went to Mr Price Bloemfontein in bloem plaza complex to do a laybye they said in the system it shows That i stil have a laybye with them and I can't do anlther Laybye which is bull**** cause I've paid off my laybye on the 04th Nov 2020 unfounetly the guy with a dark complexion gave me an attitude while he was giving mr price botshabelo a call and mr price in botshabelo was also unhelpful i couldn't do a laybye
