i bought a dress that was torn the next day

im very dissapointed and agry with the service i received at 3 Mr Price branch fourways mall, cosmocity mall and east gate mall. i bought a dress at four ways mall on the 7 November the next day when i wore it it was torn, on Tuesday the 13 November i took it to cosmo city mall for exchange the told me the don't have that particular dress in store i asked the to check for me which branch i can get it from as im unable to go to fourways during the week the refused and said i should go back where i bought it from. on Thursday i went back to fourways i was tol the don't have the dress as well i should go check in east gate mall east gate mall same storry no 1 offered me an alternative solution or make phone calls to check which branch i can go to. i wasted my money traveling and now i remain with a dress that i cant even wear. so much for being a loyal costomer
