I bought a A3 Core Samsung phone on the 16/05/2021 it was insured underwritten by Guardrisk Insurance Company, the phone get lost I have blacklisted the phone and send all documents needed on the 31/05/2021

I bought a A3 Core Samsung phone on the 16/05/2021 it was insured underwritten by Guardrisk Insurance Company, the phone get lost I have blacklisted the phone and send all documents needed on the 31/05/2021.I have a debit order agreement with them when I reported they say I didn't take the insurance I submitted the proof of statement from the bank and the response was they didn't get the money I do have a proof of statement with me even now.Please help cause am I need the phone.
