I am writing to you today to explain about the bad customer service I had at kgapane Mr price yesterday on 2024.03.22. I lay byed same item with them so yesterday I went there to collect around 12 on my lunch time they made me wait for more than 30 minutes, after waiting for that long they told me that they could not find my laybye. I asked them to look for it during the day I'll go back when I knock off, after work I went back again they tell me the same thing that they do not find it, I talked to the supervisor she also couldn't help. I am very disappointed and disrespected at the same time. Terribly service, no customer support and no appreciation towards customers.
