I AM NOT HAPPY

I placed an order on the 4th of February on line at Mr Price to the of R345.97, I then got a call on Friday from Courtney advising me that one of the items i purchased is out of stock and that i should get refunded the amount totaling to that item. The amount of R345.97 has since been reserved by my bank and this morning i received another notification that an amount of R 194.98 was again debited on my account by Mr Price. Previously when i spoke to Andrew he advised that the money should be debited back into my account withing 2 to 3 working days. My good were delivered yesterday but my money still is not reflecting in my account. I called my bank this morning and was advised that i need to take this up with Mr Price or i can request them to reverse the amount and it should take 7 working days. I called back Mr Price and spoke to a very rude and cheecky lady who claimed to be teh manager by the name of Verginia and she went against what one of her staff members (Andrew0 advised me and told me it takes 7 days for money to reflect, she wasnt helpful and told me that i need to take it up with my bank. I am not happy at all and i want my money
