I am disappointed with the delivery of goods purchased online

I purchased and paid for goods on the 12th of Nov using my credit card. on the 14th I got an email saying my stuff has been shipped, your terms state that it takes up to 7 days for the goods to be delivered. today is my day 8 and to make matters worse i have to go on vacation tomorrow without the stuff that i bought. Seriously I do not know how many days it takes to travel from Durban station to Kwamashu for a delivery. we always travel to and fro with no problem but it has taken more than 8 days for me to get a parcel that i paid for. i used to buy online a lot when i was based in Mountedgcombe and within a few days my parcels would be delivered to me, is it because its a township that we don't take priority?i am very disappointed with the service your guys need a serious talking to. I am no longer interested in the parcel i just want a refund.
