I am disappointed in the poor customer service

I made an online order on the 27/11/2022 for my twin girls of few clothing items, order was delivered to my Nearest Mr Price on the 01/12/2022 when I receive the order few items were missing I immediately contacted Mr price online on their toll free number they promise me that I will receive those missing items. Today is the 24 /01/2023 I haven't received those items is been over a month since they promise me that I will receive those items.
