I am currently at Mr price mall @ carnival

I am currently at Mr price mall @ carnival. The cellphone service desk is always not attended even when they buzz the consultants who work there to come assist , they don't bother to come . It's not the first time this has happened. It's been 15 minutes I'm waiting to be attended. The lady from the till Julia has been very helpful because she has left her till unattended to assist me.
