HYPONOTISED AT MR PRICE

Mr. Price at Carnival Mall Brakpan Gauteng, has the worst customer service ever. Unfortunately a lot of people in the Mall has confirmed that they went through the same. On Saturday 18th of June 2022, at 13:15pm my friend's handbag was ****** with all her belongings by being hypnotised in the Mr. Price store, there were 3 of them, they were ladies, and also one of them had a Mr. Price Jacket on, and she cornered my friend at first by talking to her to take her attention away of what she was doing, not even a second later this lady had someone with her so both of them were on each side of my friend, and started by (Mr. Price lady), she can give discount if she takes certain things of where she was standing, but cannot do it by telling her everything in the store she (my friend) must go outside the store (all ready hypnotised), and the 3rd lady was in between hanging around , waiting for the moment to rob my friend, these ladies had something on them that has hypnotised my friend , as she knows in her mind what they have asked her to do is wrong but cannot do anything as these kind of spray or something has made her totally uncontrolled of herself, after not even 5min they got everything including her jewellery, handbag, car keys the whole works of what she had in her handbag, so when they have stood up, she shouted "you can't take my bag"!!!!!! and they went off as she was still uncontrolled after being Hypnotised. I have been with her to the mall but in another store in between with my kids, and request for the manager (she is a lady), which was not long after the *******/theft , and she was on lunch all of the sudden, no one knows of the incident, and the best thing and saddest is the store doesn't have any cameras, and also my friend was not the only one that this has happened to, couple of people we have spoken to and even the staff that we spoke to in other stores has confirmed that it is not the first time. How on earth can it be save to anyone to shop, and the staff of Mr. Price is very unprofessional, I request that this matter has to be handled and investigated!!!!! There is definitely someone inside the store who is under the theft/hypnotise of customers to get their belongings!!!! This is not acceptable, that my friend lost everything, and also she has transported me, as I am a disable person, and we could not even go home as these horrible people has taken everything. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
